Owner Patty Simmons, opened Blondies in April of 2004. Since then, she has tripled the size, menu & staff of her fine establishment. Patty (Blondies) is very involved in the community, organizing fundraisers and raising money for local organizations and local families. Patty makes Blondies a fun and exciting party, due to her enthusiasm for life and meeting new people. Patty her staff hope to see you soon!

Blondies Pub & Grub is located in Cortez, CO., is located near the "Million Dollar Highway"; a beautiful winding road that goes from Cortez to Silverton, to Ouray and back to Cortez. This stretch of road is perfect for the avid motorcyclist; which is why Blondie's biker bar is perfect in Cortez.
